Party with us! Join us to celebrate your birthday (or anything else) with open gym time just for your group.

Choose the party package that fits your needs:

Every package includes up to 16 participants (+$10/extra participant).

        Package 1 ($175): 1 hour Open Gym.

        Package 2 ($250): 1 hour Open Gym and 1 hour Lobby Time.

        Package 3 ($375): 2 hour Open Gym and 1 hour Lobby Time.

Open Gym: Exclusive open gym time for your party with two coaches to coordinate fun and safety. Party attendees love creating obstacle courses, playing games, climbing, jumping on the TumblTrak, and running around. Try out or show-off on vault, bars, beam, rings, parallel bars, mushroom and floor.

Our coaches will provide fun games and activities during the open gym. Some of our most requested activities include:

  • Group games (like Red Light, Green Light; Simon Says; Ships & Sailors; etc.)
  • Handstand Contests
  • Obstacle Courses

Lobby Time: Exclusive use of the lobby to have food, cake, ice cream, and presents. Tables and chairs will be provided and clean up is on us. Parents are encouraged to bring party decorations, food, drink, & plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.

Details:​

  • Your party gets exclusive use of the entire gym. No one else will be in the building except you, your guests, and our coaches.
  • Available most Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and select other times.
  • CGA coaches will be present at all times to provide safe and fun environment.  Coaches will lead games and activities.  **A signed waiver is required for anyone (children and adults) on gym floor or equipment**
  • CGA will provide up to 6 tables with chairs.
  • Parents are responsible for decorations, tablecloths, and utensils.
  • Parents are responsible for any and all party food. We have small refrigerator and freezer space if needed for food.
  • Birthday family can arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to bring in food and prepare for the party.
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your party.
  • The remaining balance is due the day of the party.
