Jackrabbits: Beginner Girls

Our Jackrabbits classes introduce new gymnasts to the world of gymnastics. They will learn basic skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor while imporoving their strength and flexibility through conditioning.

Gray Foxes: Intermediate Girls

In the Gray Foxes, gymnasts will expand on the basics learned in the Jackrabbits class. They will focus on better form and body awareness and continue strength and flexibility drills.

Roadrunners: Advanced Girls

The Roadrunners class length increases to 90 minutes and challenges gymnasts to improve.

Pre-Team: Girls

Invite only. Pre-team prepares gymnasts for our competitive team. Gymnasts are not required to move up to team if they do not want to.

Advancement

Each class has a skill card that is used by our coaches to evaluate the gymnasts on an ongoing basis. Gymnasts will advance through each level as they gain skills and mastery.
